Till
The cash register or Point of Sale system used by the club to process Payments, record transactions and manage inventory.
The till is usually a computer-based system that allows Staff to scan barcodes or manually input prices of items sold, including Membership, Classes, Personal Training sessions, merchandise, and other Products or Services offered by the club.

Waitlist
A list of Members who wanting to enrol in a specific Membership program or Service, but are currently unable to do so because the program or service has reached its Enrollment Limit.
When a Class or service has reached its maximum capacity, the club can offer the option for members to join the waitlist, allowing them to be notified if a spot becomes available due to a Cancellation or if the club decides to add more spots.
Waiver
A legal document club users are required to sign before using the Facilities.
The waiver typically outlines the risks and responsibilities associated with using the club equipment and facilities.
By signing the waiver, the Member acknowledges and accepts these terms, and agrees to release the club from any liability for injury or damages that may result from their use of the facilities.
The specific day of the week on which a club bills its Members for their weekly / fortnightly Membership Fees or other Charges.
For example, if a club’s weekly billing day is Thursday, then members will be charged for their weekly / fortnightly membership fees on a Thursday. Billing Setup

X Report
A Report showing transactions processed from the start of the day to the time the X Report is run.

A Report showing transactions processed since last Z Report was run.

Billing / Payment Icons
1; Payment Line - Indicated by a blue band on the Account’s History line item.
2; Charge Line - Indicated by a green band on the Account’s History line item.
3; Adjustment - An adjustment has been made to counteract a payment or charge.
4; Over paid / Deposit - The payment is not fully assigned to charges yet, there are available funds to be used.
5; Payment Received - Indicated by the payment received icon
6; Gifted Time - The member has been given free time during this period, the charge amount is adjusted to reflect this.
7; Unpaid - Charge is outstanding, no payments have been made yet.
8; Membership Suspended - The membership is suspended during this period, the charge amount is adjusted to reflect this.
9; Paid - Charge has been fully paid.
10; Partially Paid - Charge has an associated payment, but there is still an outstanding amount owing.
11; Zero Charges - Charges with no value are automatically marked as paid.
