Manual tasks related to members can be managed through the different tabs within each member’s page

Member Holds

A Member Hold is a temporary suspension or freeze of a member’s membership plan, initiated by member or staff.
When a member or Staff places a member / membership on hold, they typically pause their payments and access to the club for a specified period of time.
A member hold may be applied to one or all memberships held by member.

There are four hold types to be aware of;

Manual Hold
Individual member hold
Initiated by member or staff
Applied manually by staff

Online Hold
Individual member hold
Initiated by member
Applied manually by member via Member Portal

Automated Hold
Individual member hold
Initiated by GymMaster
Applied automatically in response to pre-defined trigger event, such as unpaid fees

Mass Hold
Bulk member hold
Applied by staff
