Bluetooth Access Setup

Bluethooth Access is particularly useful for clubs that aren’t staffed or are only partially staffed.
Members who have the GymMaster Member App installed will only require their mobile phone to access your club, instead of a key fob.
This can allow members who sign up online to gain access to your club right away, without having to wait for an access fob to be allocated.

Bluetooth access is always connected to the Member’s current account. This means;

• Members will only be able to access the club within the Door Access limits of their current membership / casual booking.
• Casual members assigned a Bluetooth Access Token with their booking will only have access to your club for that booking.
• Members with Failed Billing attempts, Member Holds, expired or cancelled memberships, will not be able access club until resolved.
