Member access can be blocked automatically or manually

Overdue Fees

• Set the criteria that determines member access to be blocked in regards to failed payment

• Create an automated task type which determines the situation where member access will be blocked automatically
• Reason must exist specifically within your trigger selection options when creating task
• Select Action Stop at Gate

• This will block entry until block is removed / issue has been resolved
  • Stop Member at Gate
