How to Sell and Redeem Gift Vouchers in Person

Your club reception staff can sell and redeem gift vouchers within GymMaster via Point of Sale.

Sell Gift Vouchers

Once gift vouchers have been Configured, staff can manually sell gift vouchers via Point of Sale (POS):

• Select Gift Voucher purchase option within POS
• Enter Value
• Set a voucher code: If configured, this can be generated automatically.
• Update the expiry date and add comments (optional).
• Complete purchase

Redeem Gift Vouchers

Staff members can easily redeem gift vouchers as a payment method during sales through the POS page.
Here’s how to process a gift voucher when a customer wishes to use it for their purchase;

• Assign member to the transaction if needed
• Once products selected, Click Make Payment to proceed
• Select Gift Voucher payment option
• Enter the Gift Voucher Code provided by voucher holder
• Complete sale

Track Gift Vouchers

Within Settings > Products > Gift Vouchers page you can view all vouchers created in your system.

• View all existing vouchers
• Search voucher code
• Filter by Status, Purchased at Club, or Redeemed at Club
