How to Buy and Redeem a Gift Voucher as a Non-Member

Gift vouchers offer a convenient way to shop at the club’s Online Shop, even for non-members.
Whether purchasing a voucher as a gift or using one to shop, the process is quick and easy.

Buying a Gift Voucher as a Non-Member

Non-members can purchase gift vouchers directly through the Club’s Online Shop.
How to Purchase:

• Visit the Member Portal page
• Click the Online Shop button
• If prompted, select your Club
• Under the Buy a Gift Voucher section, enter your desired voucher amount.
• Provide the necessary details and complete your payment.

Redeeming a Gift Voucher as a Non-Member

Non-Members can redeem their Voucher when shopping in the Club’s Online Shop.
How to Redeem:

• Visit Member Portal page
• Click the Online Shop button
• If prompted, select Club
• Enter voucher code in the Apply a Gift Voucher field
• Click Apply
• Proceed with purchase

Required Configuration:

• ✅ Configure Gift Vouchers
• Member Portal Configuration > Point of Sale;
  • ✅ Allow non-members to shop online
    • ✅ Enable purchasing of a gift voucher
    • ✅ Allow non-members to purchase products
    • ✅ Set Online Shop Button Text
    • ✅ Set online non-member shop tab title
• Member Portal Configuration > Gift Vouchers;
  • ✅ Allow gift vouchers as payment method in Member Portal
