How to Buy and Redeem a Gift Voucher as a Member

Gift vouchers are a great way to share value with others or make purchases within the Member Portal.
Once Gift Vouchers and Member Portal have been configured, Members, can easily buy and redeem gift vouchers by following the steps below.

Buy Gift Voucher

Members can purchase vouchers in person or from the Member Portal. Steps to purchase via Portal;

• Log in to Member Portal
• Navigate to the Purchase menu
• Select Buy a Gift Voucher
• Follow the prompts to complete purchase

Redeem Gift Voucher

When member has a gift voucher, they can use it to purchase products within the Member Portal.
Steps to Redeem:

• Log into Member Portal
• Go to the Purchase menu
• Select Buy Products
• Enter voucher code in the field labeled Apply a Gift Voucher
• Apply
• Complete purchase

Required Configuration:

• ✅ Configure Gift Vouchers
• Member Portal Configuration > Portal Buttons
  • ✅ Buy a Gift Voucher: Enable button
• Member Portal Configuration > Gift Vouchers
  • ✅ Allow gift vouchers as payment method in Member Portal
