To create custom automated awards, you till need to;

• Create a custom Awards Template
• Create an automated Task to activate award template

Note that task trigger event possibilities suitable for awards are currently limited; we are working on improving this system.
Check whether your Award will fit within the current trigger options.

Manual Awards can be used, when Task Awards do not match trigger events
