Create / Edit Award Template

The award template defines the visual and written elements of the award that members can view on the Member Portal.

• Go to Find Member > Member Details > Communication Tab > Awards
• Click on Manage Award Templates
  • Select to Create / Edit or Delete a template

For awards to be applied to a member automatically, a task type must be created to match each award.
