Zero Account

This feature can be used when wanting to write off a member account due to outstanding unpaid charges that will not be recouped.

• Use when wanting to write-off a member account due to outstanding unpaid charges that will not be recouped
• When you selected to Zero Account, the running balance of the account will return to $0.00
• This will save you the time required to reconciles all individual credits and debts

This will create payments and charges to the members account which will zero as at the date selected.
All payments from before the date selected assigned to after the date selected will be unassigned and used on past charges
