We can use training sessions to go over Member Portal Configuration, ensuring your setup functions as needed.
The Member Portal allows members to login to their member account, either using a browser via your website or using the Member App.
Members can then view your class schedule, book and cancel classes and services, purchase memberships and view additional account information online.
Member Portal Configuration will also configure the back-end of your Member App, so this stage is essential before allowing members to download the App.
Settings within Member Portal Configuration govern what your members can and cannot do online.
