Create your forms; contracts, terms and conditions, questionnaires and waivers, as many variations as required.
These will then be able to be attached to your memberships, classes and services as needed.

Note - pre-created templates exist for your contracts; use these so inbuilt functionality works as designed.

You will need to create your own waivers and terms and conditions to ensure they meet the specific requirements of your business and comply with local legal regulations.
