Manual tasks related to members can be managed through the different tabs within each member’s page
There are three Award types that can be used;
These are pre-created standard award types that can be awarded weekly, monthly, or yearly.
These awards are based on highest visits, class attendance, and bookings, and no task is required to trigger them.
System awards can be activated individually, but cannot be altered.
Automated custom award types, created using the Awards Template.
Task awards are applied when specific variables are met, such as member attending the club 100 times.
Note, task award type are currently limited by task trigger options. We’re working to improve this system.
Manually applied custom award types, created using the Awards Template.
Unhindered by limitations within Tasks, any Award Template can be created.
However, as award may fall outside of what can currently be automated, award template will need to be applied by staff manually.
