An Member Hold is a temporary suspension or freeze of a member’s membership plan, initiated by member or staff.
Online holds allow the member to place a membership on hold via the Member Portal.
During the hold members typically pause their payments and access to the club for a specified period of time; based on your pre-defined settings.
A member hold may be applied to one or all memberships held by member.
Allow members to initiate a hold / pause on their account, per membership, via the Member Portal.
This will pause their benefits and access to club.
