In register mode (cardsentry lite mode), the gatekeeper should display a QR code for registration. If it does not appear or shows 'Internet: Fail,' troubleshooting is required to establish a connection.


Tick the checkbox after completing a test and use the Notes fields to record the outcome


Instructions:

  1. Use a known working Ethernet cable and securely connect it to both the router and the gatekeeper.
  2. Ensure there are no loose connections at either end.
