Features

• Bookings now support custom repeating patterns. Look for the ‘Custom…’ option when setting up booking repeats. (ie, repeating every Monday and Thursday or repeating the last day of every month, etc)

General Improvements:

• Classes that are already full or no longer bookable will now be greyed out in the Member Portal schedule.
• The ‘Invalid email SPF’ warning banner has been removed from User Administration staff account pages. This is now indicated directly on the email field in the details tab.
• Improved loading times for member based reports that included award related fields when multiple award templates have been set up.
• Improved loading times when viewing resources available for booking in the member portal and app.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Fixed issue that prevented deleting waiver attachments while verifying a member’s signature.
• Fixed the KPI widget and full report for booking cancellations calculating the total number of cancellations slightly differently, occasionally resulting in different counts.
• Prospects moved back into the prospect funnel are no longer auto removed overnight.
• Tailgating popups now only trigger when tailgating is detected instead of every time tailgating footage is uploaded.
• Fixed paid in full charge per visit membership types not requesting member billing details during portal signup.
• Fixed Rebill always failing if multiple members were selected on the Debt Collection page.
• Fixed a broken link in the settled billing report.
• Fixed memberships cancelled on the current day incorrectly counting towards the membership count in the Membership Type list.
• Fixed issue preventing casual bookings in the member portal due to ‘missing companyid’.
