General Improvements:

  • Clarified label wording for repeat bookings in the ‘Update Upcoming Bookings’ modal when cancelling a membership.
  • Navigating to the ‘Booking and Classes’ page will now default to the ‘Service List’ if there are no Class Types.
  • The Member Portal setting ‘Allow gift vouchers as a payment method in the Member Portal’ now also enables using vouchers to pay outstanding charges.
  • Added Advanced Configuration setting ‘Override app Bluetooth check-in setting’ that is used to control what Bluetooth setting (closest door vs select door) the member app should use.
  • Added Advanced Configuration setting ‘How holds affect billing’ to control how holds affect member billing.
  • Added help text to Club Details when setting up the BlueFin integration to guide users on where to find required fields and settings.
  • Improvements to the design and functionality of the left sub-menu on various pages.
  • Various visual tweaks to the design of the ‘Visitors’ page.
  • Improved the Member Portal bank details input for New Zealand Paychoice clients.
  • Added ‘Booking Membership Name’ report field for all ‘Booking’ reports to get the name of the membership used to make a booking.
  • Added ‘Relationship’ report field to the ‘Linked Members’ report.
  • The Member Portal will now display the Ezidebit minimum transaction fees for percentage-based card fees.
  • Updated page layout and design when sending emails to members throughout the system.
  • Updated the Credit Card input in the Member Portal for Ezidebit, Paychoice and Clover Connect to automatically add spaces between each group of 4 digits.
  • The profile dropdown in the page header will now display the staff profile picture if one is set.

Notable Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed color contrast issues for time column in the Member Portal Schedule.
  • Added missing delete buttons for Service Types, Task Types, Class Categories and Staff Profiles.
  • Fixed semi-private bookings not showing when making casual bookings via the member portal.
  • Fixed issue where the journal note for Charge Per Visit Membership charges was not always generated correctly.
  • Fixed issue where the filter checkboxes would default to ‘unchecked’ on the ‘Changes’ pages throughout the system.
  • Fixed being unable to remove tags from members if the tag did not have ‘Hover Text’ set.
  • Fixed the ‘Medium password’ and ‘Strong password’ help banners incorrectly appearing red when setting a member password as staff.
  • Fixed the associated member being forgotten when navigating to the Group Service or Class pages if making a booking in the schedule via the member’s profile.
  • Fixed Membership reports incorrectly including memberships from ‘DELETED’ members.
  • Fixed the ‘All Instructors’ report field missing the primary class Instructor.
  • Fixed the printed version of member visit history excluding visits that occurred on the same date as the filtered end date.
  • Fixed the warning for unable to make bookings due to owing too much not displaying for service booking in the member portal.
  • Fixed forms and waivers not being ordered consistently when signing up to a membership via the Member Portal.
  • Fixed dynamic booking discount codes appearing unavailable to staff if the discount code was only available for a specific class type.
  • Fixed the assign fob modal not properly assigning physical fobs to members.
  • Fixed the assign fob modal unassigning fobs when saving the member profile page.
  • Fixed the ‘App Store’ buttons in the Member Portal overlapping the class schedule.
  • Fixed the visit count on the Member Portal home page incorrectly double counting some auto-check-in visits towards the total in some cases.
  • Fixed various issues with the display and status of members in the ‘List’ view of the ‘Find Member’ page.
  • Fixed issue that prevented saving when editing an incomplete membership if the ‘Minimum Term’ interval was set to ‘1 Month’ or ‘1 week’.
  • Fixed holds added via the Member Portal incorrectly always enabling ‘End hold on member return’. ‘End hold on member return’ should only be available on ‘All Active Memberships’ holds.
