Features:

• ‘Member Changes’ page overhaul including new design and expanded logging throughout the system. Look for the “history” button at the top right of pages.

General Improvements:

• For linked members with combined invoices, charges transferred to the paying member will now be set to bill as soon as possible when the paying member has no billing cycle.
• After manually syncing Mailchimp integration, a ‘Sync Summary’ has been added to view detailed information on the synced members and sync status.
• Improved pluralization of time interval fields throughout the system.
• Instructions in two-factor verification emails now provide instructions based on if the login attempt occurred from the app or web.
• The User Administration list will now display permissions template name instead of listing out individual permission settings if all permissions match a template.
• When setting up a Membership Type and viewing the ‘Buy QR Codes’ modal, each QR code can now be downloaded individually instead of downloading a ‘zip’ file
• Improved layout of confirmation modal when changing the Club Open Date.
• When reviewing Tailgating events, the ‘Evidence’ camera footage will now display before the ‘Overhead’ camera footage.
• Standardize the wording in the ‘Subscriptions’ modal on member details page.
• Added a landing page for successful bookings after making a casual booking in the Member Portal.
• Previous Bookings section in the Member Portal now includes the booking status (ie Checked-In, No-Show)
• Improved interface for the ‘Class is for’ section on the Class Type page.
• Added ‘Club Filter’ to the Mass Hold list page.
• Added new task actions to ‘Snooze’ and ‘Un-Snooze’ prospects in the Prospect Funnel.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Fixed issue where staff member profile pictures were unable to be viewed on mobile devices.
• Fixed issue where maintenance fees could incorrectly backdate on new memberships if the member previously had an expired membership.
• Fixed issue where ‘edit’ and ‘delete’ options were incorrectly available on new measurement creation.
• Clarified warning message when canceling a booking via the Member Portal and cancellation type is ‘Forfeit Full Fee’.
• Fixed not scrolling to the relevant section when missing photo ID during Member Portal signup while ‘Require photo ID upload on sign-up’ is enabled.
• Fixed formatting issues in the exported ‘View Stock’ csv.
• Fixed issue allowing expired members to make bookings at member pricing for 1 day after their membership expired.
• Fixed some shared membership additional members incorrectly getting non-member booking pricing counter to given system configurations.
