General Improvements:

• The Referral Type list now includes an un-editable entry for the default referral type, improving the visibility of system behavior. This default type is used when a member isn’t eligible to refer using any other referral types.
• Improved the layout on the printed ‘Task’ page when using the ‘Print’ button or the print shortcut (Ctrl + P).
• Signed agreements will now always display on the member agreements page, even after the agreement type has been made historic.
• The ‘Bill Later’ option now restricts billing to eligible dates only, such as excluding days when the member is on hold.
• Incomplete memberships are now included when applying a mass price change on a membership type.
• Added a ‘required’ indicator to date fields in the Gifted Time modal.
• The Add Field modal now resets the description field each time it’s closed and reopened.
• Added a footer to the ‘Roster and Open Hours’ page.
• Standardized the placeholder text for all email inputs to ‘email@example.com’ for consistency.
• Added validation for saving MessageMedia account credentials.
• Added a warning next to ‘Sleeping’ members when sending email communications.
• Improved the UI design for the Sign & Complete modal.
• When editing a Class Type or Service Type, some settings will have the option to ‘Revert the value back to the system-wide default’.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Resolved an issue with the ‘Compare As Interval’ filter for date fields in reports.
• Fixed a bug that prevented sending emails after a failed attempt due to base64 content.
• Resolved an issue preventing Apple Pay through Stripe billing provider.
• Fixed an issue where pressing ‘Enter’ in the Unavailable Time modal in the Schedule caused the page to refresh.
• Fixed an issue that could block access to the page for creating new discount codes.
• Facility Categories can no longer be deleted if they still have assigned facilities.
• Fixed a display issue where the sidebar linked member status could show both “Paying for everything” and “Not paid for” simultaneously.
• Improved page layout for the staff ‘Reset Password’ page.
• Resolved an issue that could prevent editing enrollment of a class or group PT.
• Fixed an issue where an Advanced Configuration/Member Portal interval set to ‘0’ allowed setting an invalid ‘Seconds’ interval.
• Fixed an issue that prevented modifications to incomplete memberships on a member profile.
• Fixed an issue that prevented selecting a tag filter for the ‘Tags X is Assigned to Member’ or ‘Tags X is Removed from Member’ task triggers.
• Linked members on the ‘Linked Members’ page now appear in alphabetical order to prevent random shuffling.
• Fixed an issue preventing the deactivation of the ‘Is a Trainer’ option if the staff member still had historic resource bookings.
• Fixed an issue where deleted bookings appeared in the Trainer Commission report.
• Resolved an issue with the ‘Visits by Membership Type’ report where the date range was end-date exclusive.
• Restricted memberships from starting dates further in the future than the year 2100.
• Improved efficiency on the Stock Delivery report page.
