General Improvements:

  • Added a ‘2 months’ payment frequency option for Membership Types.
  • Added ‘Show in Casual Booking Form’ on the Class and Services section of the ‘Portal Buttons’ page. Enabling this allows users to filter specific booking types in the portal when making a casual booking.
  • Added an option to ‘Email cancellation to all attendees’ when canceling a Group PT booking.
  • Moved ‘Stock Value (Purchase value excl. Tax)’ from the top to the bottom of the page.
  • Added a ‘Sale Category’ and ‘Billing Payment Origin’ field to the ‘Settled Billing Payments’ report.
  • Members with prepaid membership charges are now flagged before processing a mass price change if the ‘Apply fee changes to existing memberships’ advanced configuration option is enabled.
  • Added the ‘Prospect Funnel Leavers’ report to track the fraction of prospects reaching various stages.
  • Introduced ‘Visited Funnel Stages’ as a report field to track how far a member has progressed through the funnel.
  • Historical Benefits on a member’s profile now appear grayed out to clarify their historical status.
  • Added a warning message when sending SMS from a report that exceeds the daily SMS limit.
  • Added refund support for GoCardless.
  • Introduced a ‘Current Date: Year’ template insert field to display the current year.
  • Updated the ‘Unit Cost’ input for products during Input Stock Delivery to support both tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive options.
  • Added support for reversing transferred charges on a child member’s account back to the primary member when the ‘Combine Invoices’ option is enabled for linked members.
  • Added a ‘required’ indicator to the ‘Reason’ field on the Gifted Time modal.
  • Updated the ‘Cancel’ and ‘No Show’ modals for Services, Group Services, and Classes, renaming ‘Charge Booking Fee’ and ‘Charge Custom Fee’ to ‘Full Charge’ and ‘Custom Charge.’ The ‘Custom Charge’ input now supports both tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive values.
  • The ‘Failed Billing - Online’ task trigger can now be filtered by membership type.
  • Added support for one-off credit card payments through the Bluefin billing provider.
  • Renamed the ‘Tax Number’ field to ‘ABN Number’ for Australian clubs on the Club Details page.
  • Adjusted billing delays for GoCardless Direct Debit, setting it to 1 day for AUD, 2 days for NZD and USD, 3 days for GBP and EUR, and 4 days for other currencies.
  • Added the ‘Member Switched to Pending Review’ task trigger, which activates when a member reaches the billing fail limit set in advanced configuration.
  • Billing information collected for Bluefin is now handled via their embedded iFrame for enhanced security.
  • Updated the order of bookings on the ‘Booking’ tab on a member’s profile, sorting future bookings so that the closest ones appear at the top.
  • ‘Communication Templates’ in Advanced Configuration are now listed alphabetically.
  • Removed the restriction on adding multiple memberships of the same type on the same day for ‘Club Visit Packs’ and ‘Class & Booking Packs.’
  • Added support for the ‘/portal/api/v1/email/sendemailtemplate’ Member Portal API endpoint to allow file attachments in email templates.
  • Renamed the ‘Open Drawer’ option on the POS to ‘Open Till’ for consistency.
  • Awards can now be added and edited directly from the Task Type page.
  • Added the ‘Online Sign Up Link’ field to the ‘Promotions’ section of the Custom Fields page.
  • After making a service booking from a member’s profile, the system will now redirect back to the profile page.
  • Added ‘Enquire Branded App’ option under the GymMaster Account dropdown in the Club Details page to get the Branded App process started.

Notable Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed issue where the ‘Settled Billing Payments’ report would not include fully unassigned payments in this report.
  • Fixed issue where new sites without an address set would have the currency set to the ‘Afghan Afghani’ currency.
  • Fixed issue where merging an additional member on a shared membership into the primary member would result in the primary member being both an additional member and primary member on the membership.
  • Fixed issue where the ‘communications’ modal would sometimes not close after saving.
  • Fixed issue where the Secondary Set Units would all display as ‘Intensity’ when viewing member workout results.
  • Fixed issue that could prevent selecting ‘no show’ for members in Group PT sessions and Classes.
  • Fixed issue where the ‘Weekly Schedule’ KPI would display class images at native resolution resulting in poorly sized images.
  • Fixed permissions issue where ‘Till Take’ report option in the side menu was incorrectly hidden for POS intermediate or admin if they were missing the appropriate Report staff permissions.
  • Fixed issue with the formatting of the ‘Merge with Another Member’ modal when accessing it from the Linked Member page.
  • Fixed issue that could allow staff to incorrectly access ‘Facility’ resources for clubs that they should not have access to.
  • Fixed issue where the ‘Tasks’ Dashboard KPI was displaying future tasks. This is now restricted to tasks due today or in the past.
  • Fixed issue on the ‘Portal Buttons’ page where the types ‘Set Password’, ‘Manage Subscriptions’, ‘Buy Voucher’ and ‘Popular Times’ would incorrectly show as available in the App as this functionality is not currently supported.
  • Fixed issue where the member ‘Status’ for secondary members on a shared membership would not update immediately when changes occur to the membership. Status changes should now happen immediately instead of overnight.
  • Fixed issue that prevented the editing of a class if the class type is changed to no longer be available at the club the class is occurring.
  • Fixed the color of the ‘I understand this is irreversible, delete this member’ button when deleting a member.
  • Fixed issue where editing the time/date of a service booking would not refresh the list of available resources. This resulted in services that are only available at certain times of day not correctly displaying for the new booking time.
  • Fixed issue where the ‘Member Basic’ staff access right incorrectly allowed for making account adjustments (credit/debit notes).
  • The ‘Temporarily Remove’/’Void’ option is no longer available for ‘incomplete memberships’ as if these charges are voided they are unable to be unvoided.
  • Fixed issue transferring a base $0 membership charge that has been increased via a Promotion Period from the child member to the primary member when the ‘Combine Invoices’ option is enabled on linked members.
  • Fixed display issue where the portal signup would show that there is a maintenance fee even if the maintenance fee is disabled for the selected membership type.
  • Fixed issue where only staff with ‘All Clubs’ staff access rights were able to view and edit Bookings and Classes that were set to ‘All Clubs’. Now a staff only needs the appropriate permissions for a single club to access these bookings.
  • Fixed issue that allowed navigation to the account page for members that have been deleted.
  • Fixed issue where the membership ‘Cancel Reason’ data was not always correctly populating in reports.
  • Fixed issue where a dynamic discount code applied to a member could be overwritten with the referral code layout when updating a members first name.
  • Fixed issue where the ‘Zoom User’ would not update when the resource of a booking is changed to a resource with a different assigned ‘Zoom User’.
  • Fixed issue where members without billing information would be valid for billing by just visiting the ‘Update Billing Info’ page in the Member Portal but not proceeding to update anything. The member was then able to be billed, however billing would always fail.
  • The ‘Require a room/equipment to be assigned when booking services in this category’ options on the service category will only be available if there is room/equipment set up in the system.
  • Fixed issue on the Debt Collection Report where the ‘Snooze’ option was incorrectly disabled if a member had been snoozed in the past.
