Features

• Added the Membership Price Changing Tool. More information can be found here: https://help.gymmaster.com/465618-Membership-Price-Changes
• Added “Sell Paid In Full Membership Types via POS” option in the ‘Membership Category’ page. This allows Paid In Full memberships to be sold directly through the POS for a faster way to sell memberships such as Day Passes.

General Improvements:

• The URL to book a service can now have a discount code passed in as an argument to have a discount code automatically apply. The URL will be SITENAME.gymmasteronline.com/portal/book/service?code=CODE.
• Made some adjustments to how browser navigation options (ie. back button) interact with Gymmaster for more seamless navigation.
• When visiting the edit report page, the ‘Autosend’ report section will now default the selected club to any club that currently has an Autosend set up before the currently logged in site. This will make it more clear if there is an Autosend set up for a report.
• Added functionality to update the Address Details for a member for the Paysafe billing provider from in Gymmaster.
• Updated the names and help text of various Advanced Configuration Settings to make the effects of a setting clearer on what they do.
• Added Report Source Fields for Referral codes. These codes will generate the share code for the target member for the referral type selected.
• Renamed ‘Labels’ to ‘Tags’ throughout the system.
• Added information about a Gift Voucher in the Account History of the member that purchases one.
• Added Advanced Configuration setting ‘Rename semi-private booking label’ that allows the renaming of the semi-private booking feature throughout the system.
• Added the year in the label for the ‘Member Bookings’ Dashboard KPI to make it more clear on the year for a given month.
• The ‘Class Attended’ task trigger can now be filtered by Class Type.
• Added Member Portal Setting ‘Require password during casual booking form’ that requests the member to set a password when making a casual booking.
• Rearranged the Permissions list in User Administration to move the ‘Administrative’ access right to the bottom of the list.
• Added support for Server-to-Server OAuth integration method for Zoom.
• Added membership filters on the ‘Deferred Revenue’ report.
• Added ‘Purchasing a Gift Voucher for a Recipient’ email template that is sent to the recipient when a Gift Voucher is bought and sent directly to them.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Fixed issue where a ‘Discount code not found’ warning banner would show in the Member Portal when signing up to a membership when not using a Discount Code.
• Fixed issue where reCAPTCHA’s were not validating correctly for casual bookings.
• Fixed issue where the ‘Tasks’ Dashboard KPI was showing the outstanding tasks in the incorrect order.
• Fixed issue that caused the ‘Available For’ option when editing a Membership Type would not correctly be set to the saved value if the same value was saved as ‘New linked members only’.
• Fixed issue that prevented staff being made historic if that staff member had a resource that has since been made historic.
• Fixed inconsistency on height between different Member Award icons.

• Fixed issue that allowed the removal of ‘All Clubs’ access for templates that requires it to be available for all clubs like ones used for Advanced Configuration setting communications.
• Fixed issue that prevented the changing to Membership Type on a membership if the new membership type is age restricted and the member was not eligible based on the original membership start date.
• Fixed issue where loading the Mailchimp Integration page could throw errors when loading the page with a large number of lists synced.
