General Improvements:

• When changing the ‘Club Opening Date’ in Club Details, the user will now have the option to update the start date for existing memberships in the system to the new opening date.
• Updated the colors of buttons throughout the system to improve readability and aesthetics.
• Add functionality for age restricted services. The ‘Enable age limits for class enrollments’ Advanced Configuration setting has been moved to the ‘Bookings’ section and renamed to ‘Enable age limits for service/class bookings’ as it is now used for both Classes and Services.
• Improve some error messages to make it more clear on what an issue is when a member is unable to make a booking.
• ‘Head Office’ clubs in a multisite database now have the option to propagate the set ‘Club Notices’ to all Clubs on the database.
• Update the design of the ‘Two Factor Authentication’ input on login.
• Added Member Portal setting ‘Show awards on portal and app’ that controls the visibility of awards to members independent of the ‘Awards Enabled’ Advanced Configuration setting.
• Added options ‘Member Eligible for System Awards’ and ‘Member Eligible for Task Awards’ on the Member profile in the ‘Awards’ section for controlling if a member is allowed to receive certain types of awards.
• Added the filename when viewing an uploaded image on the Communications page.
• Added Report Source Field for ‘Member’s Most Recent Historic Membership Price’ and ‘Member’s Most Recent Historic Membership Renewal URL’.
• The system will now prompt for email verification when we consider a login attempt untrustworthy.
• Remove the ‘Enable classes to be scheduled to trainer’ Advanced Configuration settings. This is now controlled by the ‘Allow Class Bookings’ option per Facility when editing via the Booking and Classes page.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Fixed issue where the ‘View Signature’ button was available when editing a service when there was no signature.
• Fixed issue where the ‘warning’ symbol was incorrectly displayed on the member account summary at all times.
• Fixed issue where historic discount codes were selectable for staff to apply to bookings.
• Fixed issue where some links on the Membership Type and Class and Bookings pages were not easily openable in new tabs using the normal browser shortcut actions.
• Fixed issue with image alignment when adding/editing an email template.
• Fixed issue with the ordering of available class types when adding a class to the schedule.
• Fixed issue that was preventing membership discount codes applying correctly in the Member Portal and App.
• Fixed issue where the incorrect door benefit could be used if there are multiple benefits with different roster access times.
• Fixed issue where gifted time added by referrals could collide with other existing gifted time resulting in issues adding the gifted time. The system will now handle these situations more elegantly.
• Fixed issue where the ‘Assign a Bluetooth Access Token (online sign-up only)’ and ‘Assign a Passcode (online sign-up only)’ options might incorrectly be displayed in the Membership Category when they might not be available for the facility.
• Fixed issue where a booking charge would be set to ‘Never Bill’ if the member had no billing cycle or billing information and the time of making the booking.
• Fixed issue where there could be empty space above the Schedule on some Safari/iOS devices.
• Fixed issue there the ‘Max Class Attendees’ and ‘Waitlist Member’ counts on the Class printout could be incorrect.
• Fixed issue saving the Club Details page when adding a new club.
• Fixed issue where the ‘On Hold’ denied reason was showing as ‘Account Overdue’ in check-in popup.
• Fixed issue where some error messages were not showing when viewing Member Portal pages embedded inside the Member App.
• Fixed issue where the Dashboard KPI’s ‘Visits Today’ and ‘Member Visits this Month’ were counting duplicates when a swipe auto-checked in a booking.
• Fixed issue where the ‘Remove Row’ button on the ‘Roster and Open Hours’ page and then saving would not remove the row.
• Fixed issue where some pages were missing the ‘Title Tag’ that displays the name of the page in the browser tab.
• Fixed issue where the selected member can be forgotten when navigating the schedule when making a booking from a members page.
• Fixed issue where the ‘Prorate Late Sign-ups’ option for PIF Preset Date Programs was not working when an existing member signs up when logged into the Member Portal.
• Fixed issue where ‘Staff Override’ member check ins could still fail due to overdue accounts.
• Fixed issue where updating a booking that is using the Zoom integration in Gymmaster was not updating the time, date, location or zoom user on Zoom’s side.
• Fixed issue where the ‘Print Booking List’ options on the members profile was not showing all bookings if the member had too many bookings.
• Prevent double clicking ‘Send Invitation’ button when inviting a staff member on the User Administration page.
• Fixed issue where the “Notify Members on X Day of Year” task trigger did not account for leap years resulting in it being a day off for part of the year once every 4 years.
• Fixed issue where the modal on the Communications tab could become non-responsive when re-opening the modal.
