Features:

• Added Email verification to staff login as an added security layer to prevent unauthorized access to staff accounts. If staff do not have two-factor configured with the Google Authenticator app, they will now be prompted to confirm every login with a code sent to their email address. We recommend enabling the Google Authenticator app, and ensuring staff are not re-using the same password for other services and accounts.

General Improvements:

• Added prompt to update booking benefit allocations during membership cancellation. This change makes it simple to choose what happens to the bookings when canceling the associated membership.
• Added drag and drop to the file upload in member communication.
• The general ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the member page will now be hidden while adding measurements. This will fix an issue where the ‘Save’ button was being clicked instead of the ‘Save Measurement’ button resulting in measurements not being saved.
• Improvements to the ‘Schedule’ page header design.
• Renamed ‘Accrued Revenue in Period’ Report to ‘Membership Revenue Not Yet Accrued in Period’ to better reflect the report functionality.
• Added ‘Category’ filter to the Class and Service lists in the ‘Booking and Classes’ page.
• Improve descriptions on the note fields in reports to better differentiate notes pertaining to members, bookings, or classes.
• Added new Award icons.
• Staff with the ‘Admin’ or ‘Intermediate’ Member staff access rights are now also able to receive ‘Email billing issues’. Previously it was just ‘Admin’ Administration access right users.
• Added more clear differentiation between check in and check out to pop-ups.
• Added new Member Portal API endpoint for signing waivers for a casual booking.
• Added Advanced Configuration option ‘Customize Booking Type colors on Schedule’ that allows setting custom colors for special booking types under ‘Settings’ -> ‘Custom Fields’.
• Adjusted logic when using the ‘Set the rest of the week to the same roster hours’ option on the Roster and Open Hours. Previously it copied the Monday to all days, now it will copy the most recent not null value to all days.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Fixed issue where the voucher administration list would only show 1 member if a Voucher was used by multiple members.
• Fixed issues with the Scheduled booking alignment for some screen resolutions.
• Fixed issue where the default ‘Peak’ roster was not always added for additional Clubs.
• Fixed issue there the ‘Copy Contact Information’ when adding new members via the linked/shared member page was not correctly copying the contact information.
• Fixed issue where tax rates were unable to be deleted on the Financial Configuration page.
• Fixed issue where trainers set as a class ‘Resource’ could also be selected as a ‘Trainer’ on the same class.
• Fixed issue where the check-in button for additional members on a shared membership was not working correctly.
• Fixed issue where clicking on the ‘New Member’ KPI would incorrectly display the ‘New Online Members’ report instead of the ‘New Members’ report.
• Fixed issue there the ‘Class Type’ was incorrectly showing every individual class instead of the class type.
• Fixed issue where Shared Membership charges were not triggering the ‘Membership Charge Generated’ task.
• Fixed issue where Gifted Time would not display the staff member that added it to the members account.
• Fixed issue when creating a task with the ‘First X Booking’ trigger that could result in it immediately triggering for members that have already met the condition in the past at time of creation.
• Fixed issue where the ‘door’ that is selected when checking a member into a booking was not respecting the ‘Default Check in Door’ club setting when choosing a door.
• Fixed issue where the Member Portal language select did was not applying custom portal styling.
