Features:

• Allow setting of transaction fees displayed to members in the Member Portal when adding billing information, so that members are informed of any additional charges they may be charged by the billing provider. On the ‘Club Details’ page, in the ‘Billing Provider’ section, ‘Transaction Fees’ can now be set to display to members depending on the payment method used for most billing providers.
• When redeeming a gift voucher, there is now an option to keep the remaining credit on the gift voucher for future use. Previously, all remaining credit was deposited onto the member’s account.

General Improvements:

• Added a hover tooltip to Membership Benefits with exclusions on the Membership Type page, displaying the names of the benefit exclusion list.
• Added status filtering to the SMS batch page.
• Updated the ‘Used’ column to a ‘Status’ column in the ‘Manage Dynamic Discount Code’ table to clarify the status of a code.
• Added membership ‘Incomplete Reason’ to the get memberships Member Portal API endpoint.
• Added support for receipt printing through the Bluefin terminal.
• Added ‘Max Amount to Bill’ report source field to member reports.
• General UI improvements.
• Added a ‘Club List’ breadcrumb on the Club Details page for multisite facilities.
• Improved error messages associated with missing guardian details when signing up underaged persons.
• Added ‘Miscellaneous Dishonour Fee Revenue’ financial revenue account for better tax rate management and reporting of dishonour fees, instead of them falling under the ‘Miscellaneous Revenue’ category.
• Redesigned the Benefit Pricing user interface to make each pricing option clearer and improve validation.
• Added Membership Type filtering to the Payment Received task trigger.
• Preferred Name will now be displayed on the member card when searching for a member.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue with member signature scaling, which could result in signatures not displaying correctly on agreements.
• Fixed an issue where the signup fee display for discount codes on additional members during portal signup was incorrectly using the membership fee.
• Fixed an issue where a price was showing in the preview when saving Booking Discount Codes, even if the booking was not bookable for a member grouping.
• Fixed an issue where the additional price on a Shared Membership was incorrectly displaying the price inclusive of tax when the ‘Display membership cost excluding tax’ Member Portal setting was enabled.
• Fixed an issue with Interclub Visit where member Key fob swipes from an external club would be counted as an ‘Unassigned Key Fob’ when assigning a Key Fob to a new member.
• Removed booking No Shows from the Recent Visitors page.
• Fixed an issue where the ‘Subscribe’ button on the Schedule was not working.
• Fixed an issue where Find Member pages would result in the keyboard opening automatically for phones and tablets.
• Fixed an issue where some members were unable to view the ‘Refer a Friend’ page through the Member Portal.
• Improved benefit reset/adjustment calculations. This change will also prevent anniversary adjustments from creating negative benefit resets.
• Fixed an issue where staff members with ‘Support Staff’ settings access rights were unable to save changes to agreements.
• Fixed an issue where Ezidebit details were not saving for PIF memberships during Member Portal signup.
• Fixed an issue when prepaying a historic membership with all the charges manually voided.

• Fixed an issue where applying a paid promotion period overwrote a membership with a free promotion, incorrectly extending the first payment date of the membership if the ‘Charge prorated fees for free promotion periods upfront’ Member Portal setting was enabled.

• Fixed an issue with the upfront/signup fee regenerating when a membership is canceled before the membership’s first payment date.
• Fixed an issue where emails could be sent with invalid insert fields. Trying to send an email with invalid insert fields will now generate an error so that the insert field can be fixed.
• Fixed an issue where the ‘Squats’ default exercise image was not displaying.
• Fixed an issue where the ‘Most Recent Note’ report source field would not always return the most recent note.
• Fixed an issue removing a discount code from a membership where the reward journals have already been voided. Also, improved general validation for discount code removal.
