General Improvements:

• Added the option to add Additional Trainers to Classes.
• The automation configuration for the ‘Prospect Funnel’ has been moved to the ‘Custom Fields’ page. This page can be easily accessed by clicking the ‘Settings’ button on the ‘Prospect Funnel’ page.
• Improvements to member file uploading including the option to upload multiple files, rename files during upload and allowing direct image uploading from a connected webcam.
• Added Advanced Configuration setting ‘Enable service/class specific ‘Pay Later’ option’ that allows members to skip the online payment for a specific class/service. Charges will accrue on their member account and be collected at their next payment cycle. Members without billing details will be prompted to pay in person.
• Renamed the ‘Service Booking Follow Up’ task trigger to ‘Service Booking Attended’ to make it more clear on what the trigger actually is.
• Added ‘Member App Version’ report source field.
• Saving the Club Details page with a new ‘Billing Provider’ will enable that billing provider. This will allow that provider to be set as the ‘Paid-in-full Billing Provider’ and ‘Recurring Billing Provider’.
• Various design improvements to elements in the system for themes, including date pickers and table views.
• Added help text when changing the membership type of a members membership to give more information on what might happen to the account history and why you may want to, or not want to make the change.
• Added ‘Billing Currency’ selection to the billing provider section on the ‘Club Details’ page for more visibility and control on the currency used for billing.
• Lock the API key for Zapier and Member Portal behind ‘Two Factor Authorisation’ on the integrations page for security.
• The permission to change ‘Is a Trainer’ for Staff profiles has been changed from ‘Setting Admin’ to ‘Administrative Admin’.
• Improved the usability of re-ordering the KPI widgets.
• Added ‘Entry Parent Swipe’ report source field for Visitor reports that is used to display if a booking check in entry record triggered from a door swipe.
• Find member and other member searches will now match on the member ‘Preferred Name’ if the “Enable ‘Preferred First Name’ field” Advanced Configuration setting is enabled.
• Added ‘First X Prospect Service Attendances’ task trigger.
• ‘Club Email’ is now required in the Club Details page.
• Improvements to the time it takes to sync with Mailchimp.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Fixed issue where the member count in a Prospect Funnel stage could not display if the stage title length was too long.
• Fixed issue where the ‘Login Required’ error banner would continue to display in the portal even after logging in successfully.
• Improved the input validation for multiple inputs in the ‘Financial Configuration’ page to only allow valid inputs.
• Fixed issue where the ‘Visits Over Period’ KPI was counting multiple visits when a swipe triggered an automatically checked in a booking.
• Fixed issue where the signature color could be affected by custom Member Portal styling, resulting in the signature on the contract displaying as a color other than black.
• Fixed some issues with the design and usability of the ‘Manage Dynamic Discount Code’ modal when editing a Dynamic Discount Code.
• The system will now warn you if you try to set up a SmartPay terminal with no ‘Stations’ set up in the system.
• Fixed issue where the ‘Prorated Upfront Fee’ display in the Member Portal membership summary could rarely display the incorrect value.
