Features:

• Added ‘Dynamic’ generation option for Booking Discount Codes. This allows the creation of many randomly generated, single use codes that can be generated and distributed to individual members. This helps restrict who can redeem the codes and improves control over code sharing.

General Improvements:

• The POS will now prompt to use the members account credit for the payment if available before billing the member using another payment method. This is to help prevent billing members when not required.
• Improved the ‘Linked Member’ sidebar panel wording to make it clearer what the primary member is paying for.
• Added option in the Prospect Funnel to jump to the most recent prospect when the prospect list is very long.
• Added small label indicators to prospects on the Prospect Funnel. This is to show what labels a given prospect has without taking up a lot of space.
• Improvements to the Financial Configuration layout.
• Improve the time it takes to delete a member.
• Improve security and validation for setting and managing staff access rights and information.
• Credit notes created from refunds will now include the refund reason to make it more clear on the justification for the credit note being added.
• Allow report fields in questionnaire email recipients. This makes it possible to email the club when a member completes a questionnaire.
• Added membership report field ‘Membership Hold Created By (Staff Name)’.
• Added Advanced Configuration setting ‘Enable relaxed member searching on kiosk app’. This setting allows the kiosk mobile app to search by member name and match members on partial search keywords. NOTE: Enabling this option may allow people to check other members into the facility. Requires the GymMaster Kiosk App version 4.05 or greater.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Fixed issue where SMS templates were not always correctly populating membership fields.
• Fixed issue where EzyPay details could inadvertently be removed from a member when saving the billing section.
• Prevent set agreement expiry dates being greater than the date 01-01-3000.
• Fixed security vulnerability with the email editor.
• Fixed issue where the ‘Refer a Friend’ page would not load correctly in the portal for some members.
• Fixed issue where the ‘Admin’ permission for ‘Doors & Readers’ was not giving some access rights correctly.
• Fix minor rounding issues for some measurement calculations.
• Fixed issue where additional members on a follow-on shared membership were not always carried across to the new membership correctly.
• Fixed issue where staff needed to be a resource in order to be an instructor on the new schedule pages. This has been fixed, now they just need to be flagged as ‘is a trainer’.
• Update description on the ‘All Adjustments on Sales’ to make it clear that credit notes are not included as they are not classified as adjustments.
• Fixed issue where managing ‘Additional Keyfobs’ for a member was not working correctly. The UI for ‘Additional Keyfobs’ has also been improved.
