General Improvements:

• Rename ‘Gympass’ to ‘Wellhub’ throughout the system to reflect their rebranding.
• Membership holds can now be applied to memberships with a recent price change.
• Added report ‘All Adjustments on Sales’ that gives a breakdown of adjustments applied to sales that occurred in the given period.
• Any Waivers/Terms and Conditions that were already agreed to in the past and are still valid, will now be collapsed when viewing in the member portal. The member will have the option to click an expand button to re-read any agreements.
• Added the ‘Membership ID’ field to ‘All Sales’ report.
• Added Advanced Configuration setting ‘Enable modal for sorting staff and facilities in the same list’ that adds a ‘Sort’ button to the Facilities section of the Booking and Classes page which allows for easy adjustment of sort order for facilities and Staff.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Fixed issue where the ‘PT Total Sessions’ report was incorrectly showing some unpaid bookings as ‘Free Sessions’.
• Fixed issue where ‘Staff Override’ manual check-ins would not immediately deduct concessions, they would instead only deduct at the end of the day. This has been corrected to now deduct immediately at time of check-in.
• Fixed issue where the ‘Total Booked Time(Hours)’ report field would display with a large amount of decimal places. The values will now round to 2 decimal places.
• Fixed issue where ‘Staff Override’ manual check-ins would sometimes not increment the members visit count.
• Fixed issue where multiple ‘Mobile Access Tokens’ could be generated for a member, this has now been limited so a member will only have one ‘Mobile Access Tokens’ associated with their account.
• Fixed issue where Preview Future Billing could incorrectly display voided charges with no regeneration.
• Fixed issue where ‘Not Counted’ visits were not displayed on the updated Visit History page.
• Fixed issue where adding a discount code that has a promotion period to an existing membership with a promotion period would not apply the discount code promotion.
• Fixed issue where some workout exercise images were not correctly getting saved and displayed.
• Fixed issue potential rounding issue for POS transactions with multiple products.
• Fixed issue where adding an additional member to a shared membership that is already on hold does not adjust the additional members charge down.
• Fixed bug in swipe code used by wifi readers that could incorrectly overwrite the member id half way through processing the swipe, resulting in an invalid swipe.
• Fixed issue on the ‘Billing History’ page where if the start date and end date were the same value it would incorrectly display the error message ‘Start Date is set after End Date’.
• Fixed issue on the edit membership page where clicking the ‘calendar’ button for the ‘Membership Started’ field would display multiple date selector inputs.
• Fixed label on the ‘Free Until’ selection for discount codes where it was incorrectly labeled ‘inclusive’ when the input is actually ‘exclusive’.
• Fixed issue where an agreement signature date/time could incorrectly display the wrong time if signed before the club open date.
• Fixed issue where refunding ACH transactions for the GlobalPay billing provider.
• Fixed issue where Cancellation Reasons was displaying blank for Group service bookings cancellations.
