Features:

• Added ‘Field Category’ to email and SMS templates. This provides a template context on what it is used for. For example, a ‘Booking’ category template will have booking-related ‘Insert Fields’ and can be selectable for booking-related task automations.

General Improvements:

• Added ‘Insert Field’ auto-complete when typing into the body of an email. Typing ‘{’ will display a dropdown of available insert fields.
• Renamed the staff access right template ‘Admin Basic’ to ‘Club Administrator’.
• Clearly and prominently display the contract during signup in the portal alongside waivers and agreements.
• Added a prompt for the template name when creating new staff access right templates.
• Added an option to edit benefit allocation outside of the current cycle period, making it possible to reschedule a member into a future benefit cycle they are already booked out for.
• Improved the interface for selecting the day price changes will take effect when editing a member’s membership.
• Preserve ‘Find Member’ filters when applying additional filters.

Notable Bug Fixes:

• Fixed issue with rosters being used for door access at unassociated clubs when using ‘All Doors’ at “Membership’s Club” benefit. If using ‘All Doors’ at “Membership’s Club” benefits please ensure that you add a copy of the benefit with a roster from each club you wish to grant access to.
• Fixed an issue where no membership types were selectable when adding a discount code if the club selection had ‘All Clubs’ selected.
• Fixed an issue where the ‘Add Photo’ button on members' profiles was not showing in mobile resolutions.
• Fixed various issues adding photos to members throughout the system and apps.
• Fixed an issue where staff members were allowed to void charges via the ‘Tilltake’ even if an invoice had been sent.
• Fixed an issue where promotion period details were not displaying in the portal correctly if applied via a referral code.
• Fixed an issue where linked member surnames were not getting correctly populated on the portal waiver.
• Fixed an issue where updating an assigned keyfob without saving the member’s profile would not immediately sync this keyfob with the gatekeeper.
