You can edit what options your members have access to in the Member Portal by updating the settings, under ‘Member Portal’. When they pay their balance online, your members are able to be more proactive in resolving billing issues, meaning you spend less time spent on administration and more time spent with your clients.
Your members can select which charges they would like to pay, as well as easily identifying where these charges are from. In the example above, these charges are from a Point of Sale Purchase. So from now onwards, you can simply send them a link to the member portal and let them see what the charges are for, when they were charged, and allow them to make a payment online.
