What is a guest pass?
Guest passes are a new type of membership benefit that allows your members to bring friends or family to the gym without them needing to sign up to their own membership.
How do I setup a guest pass?
As guest passes are currently early access, you will need to reach out to our support team or your sales rep with us to get the feature enabled. Once enabled, the Guest Pass benefit type will be available to add to your membership types as you would for door or booking benefits. Like other benefit types, guest passes can be setup with usage limits and price per use if desired.

Of note, to be able to add a guest pass benefit, the membership must already have a door access benefit as this is used to determine which doors the guest can access.
Once a membership has a guest pass benefit, you will also have the option to add a guest waiver under the Forms section of the page. If a guest waiver is set, it must be signed by the guest for their visit to be granted.
Guest passes are not compatible with the charge per visit and class pack membership bases.
How do I use a guest pass?
As part of the early access for Guest Passes, guest check-ins are currently limited to manual check-ins. We intend to expand this to other check-in methods later this year after receiving feedback on how facilities would like to use the guest pass system. To check in a guest, open the Manual Check-in modal for the member they are visiting with. Members with an active membership that includes a guest pass benefit will have an added guest check-in section at the bottom of the modal. If the guest has pre-registered, you will simply be able to add them to the check-in, take note that when a guest has been added to the check-in, the Check-in button will change to say Check-in With Guest.

If the guest isn’t yet registered, click the Register New Guest button. To add an existing member or prospect as a guest, use the search box at the top of the modal. For new guests, you can either send them a link to add their own details or fill them in yourself via the member portal. Members can register their guests ahead of time from the member portal. On the home page, in the account drop down, Bring a Guest.
