Prices are always changing. As operating costs go up, you may need to review you membership fees. Thankfully, GymMaster makes updating your prices easy.

Requirements:

  • GymMaster version v1360 or higher
  • Advanced Configuration option “Apply Fee Changes to Existing Memberships” enabled
  • Membership Type’s Payment Frequency must be recurring

Membership Price Changes

  • Update your new Membership Fee on your Membership Type configuration page, then follow the prompts

  • You’ll get the option to choose whether this change applies to New Membership Only, or New and Existing Members

  • When applying the change to your existing members, there are a few extra options. You can schedule the price change for a future date, and may have some members to review.

There are certain members that are excluded by default when updating prices. You should review these members and select those you wish to include. Generally these are members that have a special or legacy membership fee, or are still within their minimum term.

Check the preview at the bottom of the modal to confirm the effects of your price change.
